  1. What services do you offer?
    • The Business Collection (Branding and Headshot Sessions)
    • The Personal Collection (Birthdays, Graduations, Couples, Just Because)
    • The Keepsake Collection (All things Newborn, Maternity and Milestone)
    • The Event Collection (All things Celebratory such as parties, conferences, reunions, etc)

  2. What is the turnaround time?
    • Turnaround time is a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery of your polished photos. 
  3. What if I need my photos before your turnaround time? 
    • Rush order processing is $75 for 7-day delivery.
    • This is the only option and this is for your complete order! I do not offer partial delivery options.  
  4. How much in advance should I book my shoot? 
    • Turnaround time is 2 weeks with an option to place a 7 day rush on your order.  Book your shoot in enough time to get your photos at the desired time you would like to have them in your possession while adhering to the given timeline.
  5. When is payment for services due?
    • Payment is due at the time of booking in order to reserve your desired date and time. Your session is not booked until your investment is made. 
    • Booking must be done 72 hours before your desired shoot date so that I may prepare for your session. 
  6. What is your refund policy?
    • We do not offer refunds however we do give you 3 attempts to reschedule within the same calendar year.  After 3 unsuccessful attempts, you are required to reinvest in yourself.
  7. What if I am running late?
    • We will move forward with your remaining session time. (This may impact the number of images you receive)
  8. How many images do I get?
    • Each session has the number of images listed within its description and because it varies I recommend you view your desired collection.
  9. Will all my photos be edited? 
    • For event sessions, all of your best photos will be edited.  For all other services, you will receive the specified number of polished images promised to you within your session description.
  10. Do I get the copyrights to the photos?
    • No, you do not get copyrights to any of the images you receive.  The copyrights remain with me. However, you may purchase all rights to any image for an additional fee of $25.
  11. Where is your studio?
    • I am an “on location” only photographer, meaning you select the location and I come to you. Note: My studio is coming soon and I look forward to working with you there as well!
  12. Who chooses the location of your shoot?
  13. I am not good at posing, will you help?
    • We gonna get these photos though so just relax, ok shug!
  14. Do you have make up artist or hairstylist you can recommend?
  15. The Importance of Hair and Make Up
    • You have invested quite a bit into this session. Let your hair and makeup speak. No make up? No problem! Beauty is as Beauty does!
  16. What are your hours of operation?
  17. Are there travel fees?
    • Yes there are travel fees. The fees are calculated based on the round trip mileage from 154 Hayes Street, Hillsborough NC to the location of your shoot. 
      • $40 for up to 50 miles (round trip)
      • $60 for over 50 miles but under 100 miles  (round trip)
      • $75 per hour of travel for 100+ miles (round trip)
  18. What payment methods do you accept?
    • We currently accept all major credit cards, CashApp, Zelle, and PayPal
  19. Do you have payment plans?
    • I don’t offer payment plans however I do have pay in 4 options available for you.
  20. What about Props?
    • I have a limited amount of props but you are more than welcome to bring your own props. Feel free to inquire about any props I may have before purchasing your own.
  21. How long do you store photos just in case I want to purchase more later?
    • Photos are stored for 2 years
  22. Do you offer prints?
    • No at this time I do not offer prints however all photos that you will receive are print quality and you may print them on your own.
